DolphinMed Health Polyclinic is a health institution licensed by the T.C. Ministry of Health, providing hair transplant, Botox, dermal filler, medical aesthetics, laser technologies and traditional/complementary medicine services based in Denizli. Our clinic was founded on a coordination-based, patient-focused and transparent way of working across its specialty areas. Every treatment is carried out under the supervision of the relevant physician and in line with medical ethics principles and within the framework of the Regulation on Private Health Institutions Providing Outpatient Diagnosis and Treatment .
Dr. Burak Kaymak — Clinic Owner and Attending Physician
Dr. Burak Kaymak is the owner and attending physician of DolphinMed Health Polyclinic. As a certified Aesthetic and Cosmetic Physician, he maintains a broad clinical practice covering medical aesthetics, Botox, hyaluronic acid filler, PRP, mesotherapy, thread lift treatments and hair transplant processes. He follows a "minimal intervention, natural-looking result" approach in his treatments, preparing a personalized plan by evaluating the patient's anatomical features and expectations together.
His clinical approach is built on evidence-based medicine, continuous professional development and regulatory compliance. Within the scope of international health tourism, he personally oversees medical process management for patients applying from abroad.

Haydar Solmaz — Anesthesia Technician
Haydar Solmaz is the technical practitioner of hair transplant procedures at DolphinMed. He is experienced in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) and Sapphire FUE techniques. The entire process, from graft extraction to implantation, is carried out under the supervision of the attending physician and in accordance with clinical protocol. He is also actively involved in sensitive-area procedures such as women's hair transplant, eyebrow transplant and beard transplant.
Clinical Team and Roles
Alongside our physician and hair transplant technician, a nurse, medical aesthetician, patient coordinator and hygiene officer work together at our clinic:
- Nurse / Health technician: pre-treatment patient preparation, sterile-field control, physician assistance during the procedure, post-treatment care instructions.
- Medical aesthetician: medical skin care carried out under physician direction, follow-up of laser hair removal protocol application.
- Patient coordinator: appointment scheduling, preliminary information, accommodation/transfer coordination for health tourism patients, written information flow under KVKK.
- Hygiene officer: sterilization processes, waste management, treatment area cleaning protocol.
Our Continuous Training and Quality Policy
Medical aesthetics and hair transplant technologies are rapidly evolving fields. Our clinical physician and technical team keep their professional knowledge up to date by regularly attending national and international congresses and courses. Our equipment's calibration is tracked according to manufacturer protocols. All products used are CE certified, and product lot numbers are recorded in patient files.

For Health Tourism Patients
Our clinic holds a T.C. Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. Patients applying from abroad are offered airport transfer, accommodation coordination and English-speaking patient coordinator support. Medical process management is undertaken by the attending physician.
